Raquel Buj is an artist whose practice explores the porous relationship between body, matter and landscape. Through biomaterials and hybrid processes that combine artisanal gestures and technological experimentation, she develops sculptural forms and site-responsive installations that investigate transformation, fragility and material disappearance.

Often taking shape as vestimentary sculptures — conceived as expanded “second skins” — her work engages the body as both surface and territory, moving between laboratory research, performative activation and exhibition contexts to propose sensitive ecologies between environment, material and body.

Raquel Buj continuously fosters dialogue between disciplines, engaging in collaborations that explore material, spatial and performative dimensions across diverse artistic contexts.
